This tower consists of 5 different herbs from various countries from southern Europe on the Mediterranean sea.

INGREDIENTS: Basil, Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley, Lavender, Savory, Dill Weed, Marjoram, Oregano.

Herbes de Provence (10g / 0.35 oz): Herbes de Provence seasoning is a traditional mixed spice blend of herbs that grow in the Provence region located in southern France. The lavender in this blend provides a unique, earthy and floral flavor to dishes. These dried herbs are perfect for chuck roast, pork tenderloin, rotisserie chicken seasoning or stews. For a tasty entrée, simply apply this blend to your kabobs before grilling. Toss potatoes, carrots or cauliflower with this mix and olive oil before roasting for a wonderfully scented side dish. Use herbes de Provence to make meals your whole family will enjoy! This salt free seasoning, savory spice blends together rosemary and thyme, marjoram, basil, sage and lavender. This Mediterranean herb seasoning is a staple in every kitchen for its versatility and bright, bold flavor profile.

Dill (10g / 0.35 oz): Dill weed is used in herbal pillows for similar reasons and to season cooked vegetables, breads, and pasta, rice, egg and cheese dishes.

Thyme (12g / 0.4 oz): Thyme is a member of the mint family grown as a culinary herb and an ornamental ground cover. The plant’s delicate, green-grey foliage is highly aromatic and yields a warm, slightly peppery flavor. Dried thyme leaf is added to tea blends, soups, stews and sauces and pairs especially well with eggs and cheese.

Marjoram (8g / 0.3 oz): Marjoram, commonly known as sweet marjoram, is a Mediterranean herb closely related to oregano. In fact, is some parts of the world, oregano is referred to as wild marjoram.

In contrast to the bold flavor of oregano, marjoram has a slightly sweet, citrucy flavor with a pine-like undertone due to the presence of the chemicals pinene and camphor. Use the dried herb to season soups, sauces, dips, pasta, rice and beans.

Greek Oregano (10g / 0.35 oz): Greek oregano, also known as Mediterranean oregano, is native to and cultivated throughout Greece, Egypt and Italy. This is the classic “pizza herb” most people are familiar with. It also pairs well with meats, rice, vegetable and cheese dishes and tomato-based soups and stews.
