OVEN BAKED PORK RIBS

INGREDIENTS

1 rack pork ribs
Barbecue sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
Black pepper
Salt
1/4 tsp chili pepper
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350°. If your ribs have a thin membrane over the bones on the backside, remove by carefully sliding a knife under membrane and then peel it away.

 2. In a small bowl stir together all dry ingredients. Rub mixture all over ribs. Cover with foil and bake until very tender for about 3 hours.

 3. Remove foil from ribs and brush both sides with barbecue sauce. Broil until sauce just starts to caramelize, 2 to 4 minutes.

TIPS:

- Serve the ribs with coleslaw salad.
